    • André Tylee is Professor of Primary Care Mental Health at the Institute of Psychiatry, London, UK and Chair of the Primary Care Programme Board of the National Institute for Mental Health in England (NIMHE). He worked for more than 20 years as a general practitioner in South London before his present appointment.
